Now in its 17th annual celebration, our beloved Winter Wonderland transforms the ranch into an enchanting Christmas destination filled with whimsical holiday villages, twinkling lights, adorable farm animals, delicious seasonal treats, and the warm, personal hospitality our family has become known for.
Whether you're gathering for a company Christmas party, employee appreciation celebration, family reunion, milestone occasion, or festive gathering with friends, your group will enjoy exclusive access to a magical holiday experience thoughtfully prepared just for you.
Note: Wedding celebrations of any kind (ceremony/reception/elopement) cannot be booked through the Winter Wonderland program.

Your private Winter Wonderland Celebration includes exclusive use of our enchanting Grand Hall, along with all signature themed areas, animal encounters and photo opportunities, experiences, refreshments, activities, and traditional Howe Ranch hospitality touches at no additional charge. As these are complimentary inclusions within our fixed-price private celebration packages, choosing to omit or decline any of them does not reduce or otherwise alter the package price.
Private Celebration Packages
Pricing is based on the size of your private gathering, not individual admission passes. Each package includes the same signature Winter Wonderland experience.
Guest counts include adults and children ages 1 and older. Pricing is fixed for each guest-count category; unused guest capacity does not qualify for a partial refund or adjustment.
Sips, Bites & Enhancements
Complimentary catering & hospitality: staffing, coordination, procurement, pickup/delivery, cooling, themed display station, linens, display styling, setup, basic plates, flatware and napkins. Catering service for groups of 20+.
Sweet treats: cookies, pastries and cupcakes.
Charcuterie: premium meats, seasonal smoked fish, cheeses, crackers, breads, fruits, nuts, spreads and pickled accents.
Complimentary drink stations — choose up to 4: water, lemonade, pink lemonade, coffee, iced latte, winter tea bar, iced tea, hot chocolate, apple cider. Includes themed dispensers, cups, napkins, warming/cooling and festive fixings.
An Extra Touch of Christmas Magic
For those wishing to personalize their celebration even further, our optional enhancements include Santa and enchanted character appearances, Mrs. Claus workshops, cookie decorating, a vintage snow cone bar, live entertainment, photography and video highlights, and more. These specialty experiences are entirely optional. The festive activities, refreshments, animal encounters, holiday craft souvenir, and traditional hospitality described above are already included in every package.

Snow Cone Bar: vintage-style cart with flavored syrups, festive toppings, cups, spoons and straws.
Private Winter Wonderland celebrations are offered on weekdays and select Saturdays in December and January, with approximately 3–4 hours of celebration time depending on group size and arrangements. Send us your date and picks: we'll review them and email your itemized total. Then you'll sign our Event Venue Policies online and pay to reserve your date. No payment is due until your date is approved.
